		<description>The only regulations that I am aware of is that there needs to be a minimun payback of 97% of the total play in only on a certain percentage of the total machinces.  That&#039;s why you only see certain slot pits that say as much.  What keeps Vegas slots more loose than others across the country is mainly the competition, and only secondarily regulation.</description>
