		<description>Well I thought so too, but it turns out that American Kobe is a cross breed of some sort that produces a less fatty, more &quot;American&quot; style meat.  And it&#039;s raised in the US as apposed to Japan, but keeps to the same principles.  I have had both and Japanese Kobe is crazy rich and if you ate a normal size steak you would struggle to finish it.

Plus it&#039;s not as expensive as Japanese Kobe, thusly you can make burgers out of it.</description>
